Parking:
Guests should park street-side in front of the building.

 

Check In Time: After 3 PM
Check Out Time: By 11 AM

Check In Instructions:Once at the front door, press the Yale button on the deadbolt keypad then enter the front door code we sent you in a text message.Please make sure the door is shut all the way and lock the deadbolt upon entry. Proceed up the stairs where you'll see doors with room names on them. Find the guest room indicated in the text message that we sent you and enter the code in the text message.

Live TV:
To watch live TV, open the Hulu app on the home screen and then press up on the remote, scroll to the right and you’ll see a Live icon. Once watching live TV, you can press down on the remote to open a guide.

Policies:
Our property is non-smoking. Smoking in a guest room will result in a $500 fee charged to the card you used to book the room. Guests are asked to observe our quiet hours from 11pm - 7am. Only registered guests are permitted at this property. Pets may not be left unattended at any time and you assume responsibility for other guest complaints or damage by your pet.

 

Breakfast:
A light self-serve breakfast is available from 6am-11am and includes cereal, yogurt, milk, and juice. Guests are asked to kindly clean up after themselves.
